Industry standard IRRs are XX% approximately. 

Based on what we estimated new build pricing to be that works out to close to 700K of day rate. 

For reference, at 500K day rate Valaris earnings 1.2B in free cash flows (3B market cap today). 

There are some cold stacked rigs that can come online but that is a 150-200M price tag to do so and those will not be paid by the rig owners, instead those are reimbursed by the NOC/IOC. 

This cycle is going to be epic. Lots of money will be made for the patient investor investing in offshore energy services in the next decade.
