Interesting move by PepsiCo. Removing artificial dyes and flavors sounds good on paper, but what are they replacing them with? Will the taste and shelf life stay the same? Also, what real health benefits can consumers expect or is this just a rebranding exercise? Transparency matters if it's truly for public good.
