Josh Berry said today that it was a "complete mistake" that he spun out Carson Hocevar at Sonoma. Was trying to follow the XX car around the XX and said he was going too fast into the top of the hill. Berry tried to apologize to Carson via phone and also apologized to crew chief Luke Lambert.

Berry also addressed spinning out Erik Jones in a separate incident, saying it was a product of getting jammed up and bottlenecked up on a restart.
