Yes and no.  Stablecoins are freely (well sort of) tradable and exchangeable, whereas CBDC architecture likely will have state issued wallets and apps.

In any case, unless you are a criminal or you are buying strange s#x toys, I don't think your petty spending is of interest.dont forget your credit card is already XXX% monitored anyhow
