Now that the Banks can officially create dollars for their Customers in the form of stablecoins, and considering the optimum way to create them is by collateralizing Reserve Balances, will the Banks find it more profitable to just "cash out" from the Fed?

If the liquidity features of this new form of money become more valuable than holding illiquid Reserve balances at the Fed earning IORB, or if stablecoins become more desirable to hold as savings vehicles by foreigners instead of Currency, then what purpose do we have for a "money creating" central bank 🤔
