@not___a__bot @wmhuo168 The reason its *not* a ban, is that holding bitcoin is legal, which means they can't take it away from you.  So if I had marijuana, they could seize that, but they can't seize bitcoin.  The rules for bitcoin are the same as the rules for foreign currency, which makes sense.
