It's presumably a one-time adjustment. They fixed the accounting policy, so it's not an issue on the going forward basis. The market also overreacted to the last failed acquisition and the related DD costs. I think the target's management/owners decided to use a really lame excuse to bail out at the last moment because they thought the ageed-upon price was too low. Hopefully, Solventless will recover these costs in court. Otherwise, it's silly to assume that all acquisition attempts would end up being successful and go very smoothly.
