Think SVB+Wework+NYC offices + Sovereign Wealth Fund Spiral = Banking Crisis. 

A collapse triggers shadow banking breakdown in leveraged credit- private credit, hedge funds, stable coins. 

Followed by non-bank institutional blow ups (Blackstone private REIT), Sovereign Wealth Funds, Government Funding, which would cascade into liquidity crisis like 2008.
