*Proof of reserves
*Price data 
*Proof of solvency

They also require clearing houses. Stablecoins use all types of networks, ( $ETH and $XRP ) are the most popular.

Circle and RLUSD are held by the custodians at BNY Mellon 

The stablecoins chosen by the largest institutions will meet compliance standards set by the Genius Bill Act and clarity on the stablecoin market.

All of these things require technology from Chainlink to remain functioning and secure.
