This sounds skeevy. BNPL is like minimum pmts on credit cards. Way too easy of a debt trap. You're suggesting protecting lenders so poor ppl can buy more stuff on debt, sounds like an awful recipe. BNPL is either a viable business with same bankruptcy provisions as others or isn't.
