Damian Lillard was able to get a full no-trade clause from the Portland Trail Blazers because he meets the criteria for one.

To get a full NTC, a player has to have X years of service and X years with the same team. The four years does not need to be consecutive, however. Obviously, Lillard has more than met the X total years with Portland.
