@EPBResearch 1) it was 4,5x GDP then and 6x (higher once we get Q2) now. We are more sensitive to it. 
2) there were overwhelmingly bad cyclical forces then that can overwhelm impact from FCI. We are at a steady state now with no such vulnerabilities.
