After my package was stolen with video evidence, @NETAPORTER refuses to refund me. Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with (& I've dealt with some bad ones) 

They lost a customer for life. 2+ yrs ago when I had packages stolen, everyone immediately refunded me.
