@NYCxVILLAIN @bowtiedmeathead @BowTiedOx I think two straight sets in that more moderate 5ish to 10ish rep range would be better but it’s a very good method all in all

Also, there is a time & a place for X set prescriptions as well as X set prescriptions…depends on the programming as a whole
