The image you provided does not translate to anything suggesting it is code being patented. Frankly code ALREADY falls under copyright and can’t be copied to begin with.

The claim you made is suspect and if it is true I’d recommend please provided more evidence. The image is just the abstract of the patent application again. Nothing new.
