As the business landscape evolved and the next generation of retail giants started emerging, Beares began a slow transformation from a family-run business to a corporate brand. 

𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝟭𝟵𝟵𝟬𝘀, ( 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗮 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟵𝟵𝟴 ).

Beares eventually merged with another retail company called Amrel, to form Relyant Retail.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹, as the merged entity took over the Beares brand and brought in a new corporate leadership structure.
