@GlennLuk @gdp1985 This kind of points out one problem with the US.  Either something is crisis level or its ignored.  Also Pan Gongsheng is not in charge of this,  He Lifeng is.  One big difference between China and the US is that the head of the PBC has nowhere near the power that the Fed does.
