Lizamarie Rivera-García, 42, a religion teacher from Bayamón, Puerto Rico, was arrested on Monday, July 14, accused of sex-trafficking at least two boys, aged XX & XX. She was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges alleging she "recruited, enticed, transported, and maintained" the boys "to engage in commercial sex acts." Federal authorities stated that if convicted, Rivera-García faces a minimum of XX years to a maximum of life in prison. She allegedly trafficked the 15-year-old between December 2023 & October 2024, & the 17-year-old from December 2023 to November 2024. No further details were given, including whether the boys were her pupils. Rebecca C.
