Think about a mortgage loan with 0-3% interest. 

Now think about how much money we would save and have in our pockets, even owning a home. 

EXAMPLE: 
This is at XXXX% interest on a $155k loan, X years in. Absolute FRAUD. Now imagine “escrow” at 1/3 of this amount from no Property Taxes as well….
