Don't forget, Samsung runs on a much larger scale than a lot of these other companies. 

Oppo isn't releasing their Find N5 globally, the Honor Magic V5 is only launching in Asia and Europe, not North America. I could go on. 

Samsung is releasing their Fold X globally, so needs higher yields and lower failure rates. So they're gonna cut costs and not be as bold with the tech, as it's made for a boarder market.
