Good place to start nibbling at $elf in my opinion. Ideally it bases around the 200DMA at $99-100 for a month or so to fill out the right shoulder of this inverse h&s, creating an attractive technical setup. Stock has a bullish 50/200 DMA crossover about a week ago. Look at employment tax receipts that the bullish starfish posts, the economy is strong. Very attractive long setup, imo.
