Really interesting long blog from ex-OpenAI engineer recounting the experience of working there. Eye-opening. Here’s a few snippets that caught my particular attention. 

I hadn’t realized so many had gone from Meta to OpenAI. Perhaps the recent aggressive hiring is just recouping some of the losses?
