Unpopular opinion - I hope $HR.UN H&R REIT doesn't get acquired. Don't get me wrong, I hope we sell/monetize Lantower and the industrial portfolio. That would be extremely postive. I just want my units aka no takeout/payout. HR is worth more than NAV.
