US July core CPI inflation came in slightly < exp at 0.2%m/2.7%y (up from 2.4%). There are some signs of tariffs impacting (furnishings, apparel, appliances & rec goods) but partly offset (by eg car prices). Further tariff impacts are likely as front run inventories run down..
