@noahhuntermoore @realDavidBJr PS - to get in front of this, the numbers float around XX% of homes purchased during the COVID era were investors, corporations, LLCs, etc. 

It's INCREDIBLY hard for illegal immigrants to get home loans. It's INCREDIBLY hard for an illegal immigrant to pay cash for a home.
