Albertsons Cos. $ACI raised its sales forecast for the full year, expecting identical sales to grow as much as 2.75%.

The company left its earnings outlook unchanged, suggesting that margins will face some pressure due to tariffs, with its gross margin narrowing in the first quarter.

Albertsons CEO Susan Morris said the company is working to examine increases in the cost of goods from tariffs and will look at alternative sourcing if needed, as the customer continues to seek value.
