@antonykh1218 I'm wondering if that ability to sell shares might also be in the form of M&A...use their (rich) stock to buy/bootstrap some earnings from a publicly-traded or privately-held vehicle.  

I still think Juul might be worthwhile for one of The Big Four (let's assume $MO is out 😆).
