Cole Anthony gave back $2M in his buyout with the Memphis Grizzlies. The Grizzlies then waived and stretched Anthony at a dead money cap hit of $3.7M a year for each of the next three seasons.

This was part of the process to create the cap space to renegotiate-extend Jaren Jackson Jr.
