$GTI Restatement of Financials:

Graphjet Technology amended its previous 8-K filing to clarify that due to changes in accounting policy, its 2023 financial statements no longer should be relied upon, necessitating restatements after recognizing a former officer's impact on the valuation of intellectual property. The changes stemmed from an error during the assignment of intellectual property and will affect filings prior to the July 17, 2025, Nasdaq hearing.
