The generational wealth divide isn’t just unfortunate, it’s structural. Americans born before 1965 still control nearly XX percent of all equities, and a large portion of that sits with the XXXX percent. They benefit the most from a system where the bottom XX percent are working harder than ever, yet seeing the least return. People are trading their time, energy, and labor to help generate free cash flow and boost earnings per share. But instead of seeing the value of that work, it flows upward into stock buybacks and dividends for those who already own most of the market. This is the hard truth about how capitalism operates in America. This is exactly why financial literacy matters. If you’re not learning how capital moves and how to participate in it, you’re part of the engine that drives it for someone else. Thanks for highlighting this.
