@antonykh1218 $PM had DECADES of growth and experience bulking up distribution, sales, marketing outside of the U.S.  

They lost U.S. exposure but that was X big market whereas $MO has to start from scratch in dozens of key markets.

And when $PM bought SM, voila !   U.S. distribution solved.
