@antonykh1218 @russellgates_ $BTI got XX% of RAI for like $X billion as I recall when they merged B&W into RAI.   Then they paid a ton for the remaining 58%.  At least they now own 100%.  

Had $MO bought the rest of Juul for a song, they have vape market share today for when it turns and also NJOY.
