@antonykh1218 Anthony, it IS an interesting perspective. 

I guess you are looking at it from the perspective that $BTI may have done something as reckless or destructive as $MO buying Juul.

I think this is why you buy back stock and pay/raise dividends instead of pursuing questionable M&A.
