Position : Accountant
Salary : KES. XXXXXXX p.m
Location : Nairobi

Responsibilities:
X. Preparation of invoices, debit notes, schedule of payments when required.
X. Verification of payments to suppliers/service providers
X.  Dispatching collection schedules and debtors’ statements on a timely manner
X.  Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts
X.   Daily reconciliation of bank deposit slips against collections.
X.  Receipting payments from clients and confirming M-pesa entries from the system.
X.  Daily transfer of M-pesa amounts to the student bank collection account.
X.  Assist in sourcing of quotations from service providers.
XX.  Assist in the ordering of supplies, stationery/cleaning materials on an ad hoc basis
XX.  Assist in annual audit preparation.
