@HBendaas @Sturgeons_Law well so that's a funny circularity. i don't really understand why nyc should be invested in foreign country bonds at all, but if it's antisemitism pushing the credit rating down then the supposed financial objectivity of relying on that credit rating to decide doesn't absolve it
