• JV with Rheinmetall, Diehl & Dassault for defence + Falcon Jet production in Nagpur (first delivery by 2028)
• ₹300 Cr raised via warrants; more fundraising on July XX board meeting
• Focus: Infra + Defence = Strategic growth

🔹 RELIANCE POWER (₹RPOWER)
• Zero bank debt ✅
• Raised ₹1,525 Cr in FY25 via preferential issue @ ₹33/share
