Ally, the largest all-digital direct bank, is releasing Q2 earnings on Friday. In Q1, it reported $146B in retail deposit balances (up from $143B in Q4). With Ally paying deposit rates in Q2 that have been below average (for digital banks), will deposit balances grow again?
