Dear $CLOV Investors,

This slide is from Clover Health’s pre-SPAC deck. Back then, they projected XX% CAGR in Medicare Advantage revenue—and now in 2025, they're guiding for XX% growth again.

Full circle. Same playbook. Only now, the software is outperforming.

They originally expected ~1,000 bps of improvement from their platform.
But Q4 '24 came in at XXXX% MCR—well below the XXXX% shown here.
It's doing more than they thought.
