5️⃣Outcome based selling isn’t here (yet)

OAAS has been shilled to Uranus (quite literally) and back at this point.

Outcome based pricing is still early (6% of co’s)

But, the wings of change are here - XX% of co’s have hybrid pricing

And, one quote points to this: “The subscription model is not working for us. Power users tend to use a lot resulting in negative margins considering LLM API costs, while users who aren't using are at risk of churn.” - VP Product @ AI Native company
