Moving to appeals and oil still flows. 

State courts was always a tough arena to play in, I think there was optimistic assumptions that the legal case for sable was so strong that they had a chance to win in state courts. That’s proved to be wrong not because of a weakness on the merits of sables case, but for procedural purposes that were very much avoidable. 

Now we move to appeals where the odds improve, though I don’t know that we “win” in appeals. The base case has been federal courts and that’s where I believe this heads. In the meantime Sables on ice but we still think the opportunity is huge and that this will come online in due time.
