It’s becoming clearer now: a court-appointed special master, Suzanne Segal—a retired U.S. magistrate judge—recommended dismissing the False Claims Act lawsuit against UnitedHealth Group ($UNH) back on March 3, 2025.

And let’s not forget—right after Hemsley, a seasoned veteran, was appointed CEO, he bought over $XX million worth of $UNH shares. Add in the CFO and directors, and insider purchases totaled over $XX million.

If this was just about luring investors, why risk that much personal capital?
This marks the largest wave of insider buying for $UNH in a decade.
Oh, and senators are buying too. The company raised its dividend. Look at the P/E ratio. Look at the free cash flow.

If this were a sinking ship, none of this would be happening.
