"$NFLX and $psky bidding for $WBD is starting to look like a setup. WBD strategically picked Netflix over Paramounteven though they know Paramounts offer is too lowto throw cold water on Paramount and see how far Paramount is willing to go to take over WBD. WBD basically taunted Paramount by saying they prefer Netflix forcing Paramount to return with a higher bid. That means WBD walks away with more money no matter what. Meanwhile Netflix wins either way. If WBD ultimately goes with Paramount Netflix pockets the $2.8B breakup fee. Netflix knows theres no way regulators the FCC or Trump would"
