'We therefore raised our ratings on Latin American online marketplace and fintech company and on its unsecured notes to 'BBB-' from 'BB+'.' $SPGI 

'We think management is committed to a conservative balance sheet that could support an investment-grade rating.' S&P 

We are now joining the big leagues with a better score.
