$LEVI Earnings:

- Net Revenues of $XXX billion were up X% on a reported basis and X% on an organic basis versus Q2 2024. The Levi’s® brand was up X% globally on an organic basis.
- Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was $XXXX compared to $XXXX in Q2 2024. Adjusted diluted earnings per share was $XXXX compared to $XXXX in Q2 2024.
- DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) net revenues increased XX% on a reported basis and XX% on an organic basis. DTC growth on an organic basis reflected a X% increase in the U.S., a X% increase in Europe and a XX% increase in Asia. Net revenues from e-commerce grew XX% on a reported basis and XX% on an organic basis. DTC comprised XX% of total net revenues in the second quarter.
- Wholesale net revenues increased X% on a reported basis and X% on an organic basis.

We are fundamentally becoming a company with a higher growth rate, higher margin profile, stronger cash flows and higher returns on invested capital.”
