$AMD HSBC upgrades Advanced Micro Devices to buy from hold The firm said AMD is “back in the AI game.” “We highlighted in our X January note, Downgrade to Reduce that AMD could see weaker FY26e AI revenue outlook as the AI GPU roadmap seemed less competitive. However, we now believe there could be significant upside to FY26e AI revenue as our revised forecast of USD15.1bn is now XX% above consensus forecasts of USD9.6bn driven by a higher-than-expected pricing premium of its recent MI350 series launch.”
