Suzanne went missing on Mother’s Day, May 10, 2020, from Maysville, Colorado, after leaving for a bike ride. Her remains were uncovered in a shallow grave in Saguache, Colorado, on September 27, 2023, after a massive three-year search. An autopsy report stated drugs typically used to tranquilize animals were found in her system. Barry was previously charged with her murder in 2021, but those charges were dropped a year before Suzanne’s remains were found.
