ai researcher labor has inverted the power curve…. some individuals are paid more than whole orgs.

stock vesting contingent on meta stock price increasing is also interesting. i have never heard of that mechanic. basically zuck is betting he can pay the package with direct company value increase.

these guys don’t get paid as much if meta stock flat lines or faces any other headwinds.
