$KLG flows had the textbook characteristics of opening flow: Large volume to open interest, with most of the volume skewed towards the ask, all coming in either a single trade or several trades executed in quick succession. 

While not all trades that meet these conditions will turn out to be the result of informed trading this is at least the start of what to look for.
