"Changes in OI: 1) Good amount of the $SOFI 20c 7/18 closed yesterday given the large drop in OI this morning. 2) $ARM 125c 2027 saw its first profit take yesterday. 6000 or so contracts remain. 3) $UNH 300c 2027 was closed on Monday but yesterday an incorrect OI value was sent out. It wasn't immediately clear at the time because the change in OI of +493 was very possible given the large volume. Today we're seeing a large decrease in OI with very little volume yesterday. "Changes in OI: 1) $NVDA 146c 7/18 rolled out of and into the 165c 9/19. Trading higher on news that they will resume H20 chip sales to China. 2) $BURL. Not really a chain we need to 'verify OI' change for given that there wasn't any other volume during the day. OI was always going to be going up by 3500 or so. 3) $NVDA 160p end of August bidside flows from Friday. Contract saw some more activity yesterday but unrelated. Assuming that a trader is short around 8000 or so of those after Friday + Monday flows. 2) $ETHA 20c 12/19 closed. Similarly sized volume on contracts with little other activity can often be attributed as belong to the same trader.
