The truth is that he has probably been able to scalp trades with Saylor sitting there with predictable weekly ATM supply.   Jim is going to find it harder to turn the trade over if @Saylor is out on ATM sales.  The way Mike announced that "some weeks you just need to HODL" sounded like a shot across the bow.  Jim was banking on that supply.
